Career Fair October 18

The Doc Ford’s Restaurant Group is a bright spot on the local dining horizon and, now, it’s bringing the same upbeat attitude to the local job market. On October 18, 2010 management of Doc Ford’s Sanibel Rum Bar & Grille, Doc Ford’s Fort Myers Beach and The Beached Whale will hold a Career Fair to interview candidates for careers with all three restaurants.

This is more than “job fair” – that term connotes a temporary relationship. These restaurants have long-term relationships with their customers and expect to nurture the same thing with employees. The Career Fair is designed to identify people who are looking a career relationship. Representatives will be on hand for all three restaurants seeking to hire for front of house, bar and wait staff, kitchen and culinary staff as well as management.

The Career Fair will be held at Doc Ford’s Fort Myers Beach, 708 Fisherman’s Wharf, Fort Myers Beach on Monday, October 18, 2010 from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Applicants should bring a complete resume and be prepared for a career interview.
